Aneeta brings a breadth of expertise gained from HR and Business Partnering, having worked with the Top 4 and FTSE 100 companies such as Deloitte, Cushman and Wakefield and Informa Plc. Her drive stems from a commitment to ensuring that our purpose to create organisations where people flourish is echoed in every aspect of our work. Her visionary approach to inclusivity is not only strategic but heartfelt, consistently underpinning the rollout of our DEIB programmes including our Race at Work programme at the Co-op. Aneeta is driven by her profound belief in the transformative power of a truly understanding and inclusive professional journey. Aneeta brings thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and gentle challenging into all her conversations and working relationships.
